Hyatt Place Seattle Downtown

It was a nice hotel to stay in for a couple days before our cruise. We were a little disappointed at the lack of airport and cruise ship shuttle options. We also had hoped to do our laundry before we got on board, but the Self service laundry was out of commission the entire time. The best part about the hotel is the location. We could walk to the space needle. There are so many options to keep a family busy there we could’ve easily spent three days.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Place. We had amazing view of the space needle. Our family enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was great! Check in was done very professionally!

I booked this hotel before our cruise and they helped me get transportation to and from the airport and to and from the cruise nice big room for four adults and two kids after the cruise they offered to store our bags before our flight so we could walk around Harrington and Liz were so nice And accommodating would 100% recommend this hotel !!!

Fun family trip to Seattle, amazing location for the price. The staff was unbelievably nice, helpful, polite and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family of 4. The property is very protected, we felt safe throughout the night. The only drawback was that the laundry facilities were unavailable and we weren't advised ahead of time. Also, the breakfast was very, very salty. They did have a number of options, but the hot food (eggs, protein, etc.) Were heavily salted and unappealing. Otherwise, amazing! 9/10

The room was large and fine for our family of 6. The bathroom is small but clean. The front desk was helpful when needed. The staff working the breakfast area were not very helpful and hard to communicate with. The beds need improvement, very basic uncomfortable mattress and linens. The breakfast area very often ran out of items, there was a long line one day, the eggs are tiny pieces that don't even pretend to be real eggs, and all the breakfast meat (besides the bacon one time) was covered in a weird oily spice mixture. We have been home a week and our stomachs still haven't recovered. They also want $45 a day parking which is outrageous and tried to bill us for it even though we never parked with them, thankfully I caught it. The hotel overall worked for our needs being in downtown and a room large enough for our family. But we expected more from Hyatt.

Very good location walking distance to most amenities and close to bus station. We stayed for 3 nights, use bus service just to go to see the Fremont troll statue, the rest of the attractions we just went walking. Good for families. Coffee and tea service 24hrs.

Very disappointing. Elevators was broken had to climb 6 flights of stairs over and over again with our little kids. Had to request room to be cleaned we did so and they “forgot” even though they said it was marked downed to be cleaned. Had it cleaned once in 6 nights. Street noise was loud. They did nothing to compensate this awful experience. Could never recommend this place.

Picked the hotel because it had a swimming pool for the kids paid more than other comparable hotels with out pool. Pool was out of use eg it was empty!!! Temperature was high so this was a disappointment. I would like a credit for compensation Yours Marcus

This hotel is in a mess. The flush never worked. They dint fix it despite complaining at the front desk. There were bugs that kept biting my family. the pillows stink of pee. Not a Hilton standard hotel for sure. Will never stay here again.

Great family place to stay at. Very friendly and helpful staff. How eve the room”s carpet does appear to need changing.
