Checking in at 430 and told room wasn’t ready, which they fixed up super quickly. A little shocked to find out the parking was $60 overnight. I’ve parked in downtown Vancouver for 1/2 that so seemed excessive. I saw signs for other parking downtown at $30. Room was a mixed bag of newer and out-dated finishes. Beds were comfortable. No lock on the bathroom door. Not ideal for families. Room view was of a concrete wall. For the price I thought the value was low. Location was good for the things we wanted to do.

This hotel has dirty elevator and not very comfortable room. I have booked two bedrooms for king bed size and two bed rooms for two queen beds. I also have called ahead of time to have baby play pan set up. They did nothing. Hotel also gives us two different type of rooms, one is much smaller than the other. All rooms did not have any views even though I have booked rooms with a view. I booked rooms with parking on site yet they apply the credit to the wrong room. It took more than 24 hours to fix this problem. It was not a good experience at all.

Phenomenal location with an extremely friendly staff. Even have an outdoor gated dog park for your dog or poorly behaved children. Perfect walk to Mariners or Seahawks.
