Enjoyed a long weekend here with our kids on spring break. Lots to see and do within walking distance and also easy walk to the Light Rail to explore farther. I don't think I would book through Orbitz, probably a better experience and room if you book directly with the hotel. The hotel staff were very kind and the wait staff were awesome!

Our stay was fine.The room was very nice. The staff were very kind & the valet staff were prompt & courteous. Problem was I booked a room with a view (I paid extra for that). Our view was a empty building you could see into (kinda creepy) across a alley, above dumpsters. We could hear all the conversations in the alley night & day. I needed to relax a bit as we had a family emergency along with our trip. I also asked for a microwave & a mini fridge as they're not in the room unless you ask. After 3 requests, finally got the fridge & was told there were no microwaves in the hotel. On the website it does say to ask for it & it will be provided. Disappointed as again, I didn't necessarily want to go out to eat. Overall a nice stay, just some issues that needed better attention.

We had a junior suite with a pretty bay view. The bed was really comfortable and the suite was upscale but unfussy. They have Le Labo toiletries in the bathroom. Everything was super clean. I loved the location too - between Pike Place and Pioneer Square. We walked everywhere. We stayed on a weekend, but it was nice and quiet!
