This was our first stay and it was wonderful, the only thing I would like to see changed was the breakfast menu needs a few more choices, we ate there every morning, the food was excellent, but in my opinion needs more options for families with young children

Our room was spacious for our family. We liked how walkable the location is. It was very noisy with garbage pickup in the middle of the night.

From the moment we parked our car and gave the keys to the vale, we were impressed by the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff were incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room had high ceilings, was immaculate, well-appointed, and offered all the amenities our simple family could ask for. The on-site restaurant was simple but served a variety of options, making dining a convenient and enjoyable experience. Overall, this hotel sets the hospitality standard in Downtown Seattle, and we highly recommend it to business and leisure travellers alike.

The front desk personnel was amazing. I wish I could remember her name, she made my family and I feel so comfortable. I definitely will stay again when I’m back in Seattle.

Outstanding rooms, clean, roomy, elegant. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Location of the hotel is walkable distance to most sites or transportation. Accommodating and friendly staff. Will stay here again!

I love Kimpton Hotels, we have stayed 30+ times and numerous locations. This location was our most disappointing visit by far. The service was mediocre at best. The front desk staff was not friendly like the usual Kimpton experience. While I understand the current Covid situation hinders the overall experience, the 2 previous nights were spent at Kimpton Shorebreak Hotel and they managed to meet and exceed every expectation. We arrived just after 10pm, and stood outside of a locked front door with a child and dog. Once we were able to enter, the front desk girls were unfriendly, and hurried. Because I was traveling in a Large Sprinter Van, they could not accommodate it in their parking, so they suggested I park up the block in a public lot, and walk back, with a child, a dog and luggage. No offer to help. This was the only Kimpton Hotel where I did not feel that our dog was welcome. I was immediately told to sign a waiver and warned I would be charged if there was damage. Perhaps the staff should have checked our large IG account @bonnieandclydebulldogs and seen the videos we have done documenting our many amazing stays at Kimpton Hotels. I do not recommend this location if you are a Kimpton Hotel fan, you will be disappointed.
