W Bellevue

This is a very hip cool hotel. I just dont recommend going with kids.

We stayed 1 night with our 2yr toddler. We asked for a fridge and a microwave for our stay. We got the fridge, but never did see that microwave even though we reminded them about it. The pre prepped breakfast I brought for our toddler went to waste. They also assigned us a room with 2 double beds even though we booked a king bed. They cleared the mix up but still was a hassle and delayed the start of our mini getaway.

We’ve stayed a The “W” Hotel many times, but my last stay was very disappointing. The Bellevue “W” usually doesn’t disappoint, but moving forward my family and I won’t stay at this this particular location. Customer service was great, but the cleanliness of the room needs vast improvements. The walls were covered with old food and drink debris and my daughter found a large hair in her ice cream. I completely understand that all hotels are suffering staff shortages, but this room was clearly not cleaned. We paid (with room service and valet) over over $900 for one night. When The “W” customer service contacted me over email, they simply sent an automated generated email. Do not stay at the Bellevue “W” until they decide to actually clean the rooms and are truly apologetic.
