The Westin Bellevue

Excellent location and a great place both for family or for work. It’s a bit overpriced

Hotel staff was friendly, but had issues at checkin and accessing the breakfast buffet and staff confirming whether it was included in our package, our hotel room view was amazing location is very convenient, nice restaurants and Bellevue mall walking distance, but cleanliness was an issue, we found our room hadn’t been vacuumed very well, the corridor floor had garbage piling from the residents with no one attending it, eventhough we saw and heard the cleaning staff nearby, the hotel pool was full of young kids ages 5-13 running around the pool in an unsafe manner, no on duty life guard, jumping into the hot tub without an adult, yelling and screaming, even inside the hotel gym accessing the equipment with little adult supervision, it got so loud you could even hear them in the spa, where it was suppose to be quiet and relaxing,I have been to Westin hotels around the world and have seen way better service

Super fun place to stay and lots of activities to do near by. Great for kids.

I liked the stay until we noticed how loud it is everywhere. Walls are super thin, you can hear people above you, and other rooms doors slamming shut. No breakfast unless you wanna buy a meal that looked like public school food. Staff were nice though. Huge downfall was only 2 elevators working for 19 floors of hundreds of people. It would be worth the $300-$400 for an average room if kids weren’t allowed and it was quiet. We couldn’t even go to the pool or hot tub it was full of kids and teens.

Great free coffee in lobby, kid-friendly, big pool and hot tub with comfortable lounge chairs in area. On-site breakfast buffet is over-priced so we walked to Woods coffee in mall (5 min. away).

First time visiting Washington and safe to say that I picked the best hotel! First spent a few days here for a work trip then stayed a few days longer for some family fun. The Westin Bellevue delivered the best guest experience I’ve experienced from a hotel in a while. To add to that, it’s ima prime location with shopping and dining just across the sky bridges. Also, all the tourist spots are only 20 min away with driving! This was a great and memorable experience for myself and my family. Looking forward to coming back here in the near future!

Staff and property were wonderful but the room I booked wasn’t available, which was totally fine. I didn’t get a mini fridge in my room as requested and there were weird kids toys and garbage left under the bed, which makes me question cleanliness. The staff was wonderful though.

booked for 2 queen w/ a view in advance.had 3 adults & a baby.got to our rm w/ king & clogged toilet as soon as we got in.told can’t change room cause no more queen available & there is no cot available.thank goodness we had our Tesla mat for the car that my aunt could sleep on.wonder if we flew miles away how we would do it?& we book here every year now.no coffee pitcher to make coffee in our room either m.no cups to drink from their complementary water downstairs & in the morning no coffee either at their section.so disappointing..

Bathroom had poor water pressure. My room was on the 5th floor was noisy. I could hear our neighbors and their children. Also there was a lot of street noise, constant ambulances and loud vehicles. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable. Overall, overpriced for a mediocre stay.

Everything was perfect. The HUGE pool, the location, the breakfast… it was the perfect place to spoils my kids.
