very nice hotel with a friendly staff and a good location. my only complaint is that for the $300+ price i did expect complimentary bottles water in room (it was only complimentary if you are an elite member) hotel slippers and robes. these items should be a ‘given’ especially for a Hyatt hotel. i also wish they would raise the raise the cool temp of their mini fridge. these small details make a difference especially when traveling with kids.

Love the setting in downtown Bellevue for my family. The corner King suite was a perfect way to view Snowflake lane from the 20th floor, and be cozy in front of floor to ceiling windows. It was magical. Staff was kind and attentive. As a person with kids coming and choosing this hotel over other hotels was the pool. I must say the pool was very, very cold and the Men's locker room had no identification and the staff was unable to understand my husband when he asked and he was directed to the women's locker room.

Check in is at 4:00, we arrived at 5:00 and were told our room wasn't ready yet. Then offered a 1 bed room for 4 people when I booked a double room. For $400 for one night I expected something nicer, our room was no different than cheap hotels that we stay in for travel sports. The beds were rock hard and there are two pillow options; so soft you might as well not have one and so stiff you can hardly lay on it. For some reason a two bed suite is a queen and a full, so the kids hardly slept that had to share the smaller bed. The curtains don't close all the way, so you get to wake with the sun. Now that it's morning I realize no one told me when or where to get the breakfast that I paid a hefty fee for....this was for my 13-year-olds birthday and we will not be staying here again. A Holiday Inn would have been more comfortable.

Very nice stay, valets good, staff is nice, but he concierge was outstanding. Kind of remarkable for the concierge to stand out so much but specifically a gentleman named Richard made our stay so enjoyable. When issues arose he really went above and beyond to help us and my family. He represents what a good stay is all about, feeling like friends and family while you stay! We’re going back, the place and staff have class

Stayed a night here with my family before heading up North to Vancouver. I’ve stayed here before so I know what to expect. Simply put, WOW! Hotel is centrally located. I liked how it’s close to the mall, Cheesecake Factory is just across the street. Hotel is very clean and pool is kid friendly (3.5 feet) depth all around. I truly enjoyed my sleep as bed is very comfortable and smells really good. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. My picky kids definitely approved it.

Great location for downtown Bellevue. Rooms are large and clean. Plenty of plugs for equipment and charging. Staff very friendly. The shock was the cost of having breakfast - $35 hefty taxes for the buffet. I can't complain about the quality of the food or service, but paying $120 for two adults and child was something I was not expecting.

Our first room smelled like smoke, so we moved. Lugged our bags back down to reception and got keys to go up to our new room only to find both keys didn't work. Back down to reception to get new keys. There was 4 of us and they only left one face towel. After my kids came out of the shower, we realized there was no hair dryer. Called housekeeping and they said they would bring one. Waited 30 min, none came. Called again and front desk said they would come right away. 1.5 hrs later, past midnight, multiple calls, 2 trips down to front desk, eventually had to go to another vacant room escorted by the front desk person to grab a hairdryer. Unimpressed.

Loved the walkability, valet and bell service staff were excellent. Definitely a working person's hotel- not a lot of food options for kids, room service, etc. The pool was also on the colder side and was not easy to find.

Everything was great up until we had breakfast downstairs at your restaurant. We ordered our breakfast and in my wife’s food there was a metal tie in her egg which she almost choked on. It was extremely frustrating we have 2 children it could have been inside anyones dish for that matter which is concerning
