Hilton Bellevue

Great stay with my wife and kids! Their breakfast buffet was delicious as were their omelettes! We had a small balcony and had coffee in the morning to enjoy the fall weather that is setting in already.

Our family went on our annual trip to a Huskies game on Saturday. I was looking for a great location not too far from UW and found the Hilton in Bellevue. The hotel looked really luxurious. Some parts were outdated but you can tell they’ve upgraded a lot of the hotel. Out room was very comfortable and extremely spacious. Our beds were very comfortable. Our kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub. Outside was very noisy due to traffic but inside you couldn’t hear any kind of outdoor noise. Parking was great and easy to access. The staff at the Hilton were extremely friendly and helpful. We also had the breakfast buffet which was good in all aspects. A variety of food and drink options. Wait staff was attentive and inviting. Overall, our experience at Hilton Bellevue was an excellent one. If in the area for an overnight stay, I will definitely book here again.

Be ready to pay more when you arrive 27 dls for parking a night One of our Rooms where not ready when we arrive desk service said we would have rooms all together in same floor and ended up switching to first floor for one of our family member, elevators are nice but super slow especially if your are in a hurry to get ready to go to a game close by

The lady at check in lied to us and told us that they didn’t have any rooms ready yet because they were booked the night before and she said she would call us when there was a room available so we waited and after a few minutes 3 different families went to check in and were given a room right away so I approached a man at the counter and asked why people were getting rooms when we were told none were available yet? The man apologized and got us a room right away so to the lady who had a cracked voice due to allergies

Stayed for a date night! Enjoyed the property for the most part. Elevator situation could be better. We also could hear the family next door late at night, a little noisy. But for the most part, we enjoyed our stay. We would come back. Convenient.

The GOOD-Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Our room service meal was excellent. It arrived quickly, was hot and the taste was great. The gentleman who brought our tray was professional and kind, even when I asked him to come back with additional utensils. Great location and easy to get in and out of parking lot. The BAD-The hotel was dirty! Lobby floors had the same spills on them when we arrived on Saturday as when we left on Monday. Windows, elevator buttons, carpets were dirty. The ice machine on the 7th floor had mold on the dispenser and there was a huge puddle of water on the floor both days. We opened the glass door to our small balcony and had to immediately close it due to SPIDERS and spider webs all over the balcony and railing. Our room service tray was left outside of our door from 10pm on Saturday night until after 6am on Monday. Several other rooms had dirty dished sitting in the hall for more than 24 hours. The parking lot garbage cans were overflowing and there was litter scattered throughout. We saw many pre-teen and teen athletes, so I am sure the hotel was full of kids over the weekend, but the overall cleanliness was just not acceptable for a Hiton property.

Stayed here a few years ago, felt that the size of room is excellent, sound proofing is terrible. I can hear two room attendants talking so loudly on a Saturday morning for over 5 min and the family with kids next door. I can't recall if they charge parking a few years back as most hotels in Bellevue did not, this time they charged $20.

At around 2 am another customer was offered the same room as we stayed and came in to our room while we were sleeping. My kids were scared and we lost our sleep after that
