We stayed here for convenience on a travel tournament. For our family of four it wasn’t a good deal. The property is clean but parking is abysmal. There is a public parking garage next door which you can use thankfully which is much better than the actual hotel parking. An elevator was down while we were there leading to some very packed elevator rides up and down. The pool is a bit small but okay for our small party. It got full quickly towards the end of the evening. No complimentary breakfast available. It was okay for one night. We ended up paying a bit more than we usually do for less value. I wouldn’t stay again with our family.

Room was spacious and nice and the check in lady at the front was kind. However one of our key did not work, the pool was closed, and once we received a text asking about our check in experience, our inquiry was not answered. I had chosen this hotel for the pool for my kids. At checkout the lady working at the desk was not very friendly. The parking fee is outrageous.

The family had a great time, although the pool was cold. Despite that, they still had fun and would enjoy staying there again. They will be in Seattle at the end of the month and are thinking about staying there again.

We waited an hour for room service before calling down, they would not answer either food service or front desk for over 10 minutes, once we got a hold of someone they said they would check and call me back because "they were busy right now". Waited ten more minutes before calling back and the just kept telling me they were busy. This is an hour and twenty minutes after ordering. Food finally arrives, its all cold and there is no dressing on the salad. They were unapologetic and didnt try to offer any solution to the issues. We ended up sending the food back due to quality issues and temperature, I suspect our food was sitting down there for an hour. We had to wait another 30 minutes for ubereats to bring food. The breakfast was the same quality, poor. Not a lot of options and what they did have was cold or old/stale. I will note they make you pay for breakfast, $20 per person, and it was sub par to the FREE hotel breakfast we had the morning before at a different hotel. My family and I will not be returning. The service and hospitality get a 0 out of 5 stars. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Bad experience from the moment I walked in. Difficult to find a clear place to park our vehicle for unloading. At checkin, I made it clear that I needed a crib and they said they’d have someone bring it up. 3 hours pass, I call down to ask where it’s at and they said they’ll have one shortly. Few minutes later (mind you, close to 7 by this point), I get a call that they don’t have any available; I had to go and purchase one from target so my infant could have a safe place to sleep. Energy drink at the shop downstairs was SEVEN dollars. I went to Disneyland a few days after my stay at this hotel and it was CHEAPER INSIDE THE PARK THAN THIS CRAPPY HOTEL. There was hair all over the shower when I first walked in. We found some wrappers and tags underneath one of the beds. Overall, just a poor experience and an absolute waste of money — never felt comfortable while I was there. Will never stay at a Hilton again.

Clean and nice place to stay our room was big and very clean, staff were very friendly Walked to restaurants and shopping Only complaint was noise in the hallway from kids we woke up at 6 am to screaming kids and that’s not hotels fault, maybe because of holidays there’s too many kids

I booked The room showed Luxury Bath. This room was a bit higher price than “with Bathtub “ room so I thought this room has bathtub. But there was only shower and just normal style bathroom. I was disappointed.. so we decided to go to the pool n jacuzzi But there were so many kids in the small jacuzzi of course in the pool too. So we just returned to our room n took a shower. I hope we could see the pictures all over of the room n could make sure the property well

Hotel rooms clean. Plus for a microwave. Not enough staff to check in, only one person in a Saturday evening at 5. Not enough hotel parking ended up in the building next door. Not convenient with 2 kids and no in and out privileges if you aren’t in the hotel.
