We stayed in room 164 and the beds were awful. Asked to change rooms moved to 162 where beds were fine. Just had drunk kids running above us for hours into the night tv does not allow you to do nextflix barly any channels. Pool was closed for the season but hot tub was available but the water was cold and the hot tub was half full badly above jets. Continental breakfast was decent besides the food being cold at 8:45 am

The outdoor pool was a great size and super fun for the kids. It would have been nize if there was a spot for towels though. We did not see any swim towels or a sign on where to get them. The sliding door in our room had a broken lock so only the safety bar was there to lock it up. The back door was also broken so it would not automatically shut. Breakfast was available a bit before the set time and we had to check out a little early for an 8 AM baseball game so that was AMAZING!! Thank you for setting up breakfact a little bit early!!

We were amazed on how nice the hotel was for the location. Very friendly people at the front desk. Nice breakfast for the kiddo. Only complaint I really have is that the beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Great breakfast and service. Wall unit being a foot away from the bed made kids have to sleep facing the foot of the bed, or have it blow literally in their face. Rooms had decent updates and were clean, but sliding patio door lock didn't seem to secure very well, not great for a ground floor room.

You get what you pay for. Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Cleanliness was lacking and not good for my young’s kids. Place is old and ran down. A lot of fruit flies.

Friendly courtesy service -let them know they seriously needed new mattresses and pillows . Fan in bathroom sounded like a Mack truck and water pressure was non existent ! Breakfast meal was average - cringed watching kids from another family touching everything unsupervised !

Great property. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Would love to see more fresh fruit and gluten free options on the menu. The one thing that we didn't like this past visit was our neighbors. They were loud late into the evening and early in the morning. That is not something Best Western can control but could they at least replace the door stops? The stringed ones are great toys for kids but not so much for adults sleeping in an adjoining room?
