Best Western Plus Wenatchee Downtown Hotel

It was average the hotel was clean but you can tell the rooms were workmen down. The beds were not that comfortable and the room next to us the people were extremely loud and the kids were jumping on the bed. I expected the hotel to be more upgraded than it was. The breakfast was fantastic!

Not sure if the hotel folks are cleaning carpet inside the rooms once in a while. Had a terrible experience. Stayed here with my family and my son was all good until we checked in. He played on carpet for sometime before going bed and had vomitings all the night and had to rush to an urgent care.

The room was fine. The location was awful. Our room overlooked a balcony over the lobby. So it started getting really loud at 6:00 am.The room was really too warm and there wasn't a way to lower the temperature without turning on the A/C (it was late December and 29F outside). Breakfast is available until 10 am, but they stop putting out food at 9 am, so if you don't get there before 9 am it's pretty picked over. We'll need to stop and get breakfast for the kids after we check out.

Overall good hotel, great for families. Good location close to lots of food options and stores.

This hotel was ok for the price. The staff when we arrived was very friendly with a smile. Check in was done quickly. Check out the same. The pool was smaller than we thought so we didn't use it. Too many people for us to use but that was ok. We were there for a family reunion not to swim. :) We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning which was full since it was the weekend. On Monday much better, less people and more relaxing. We were on the top floor which was pretty quiet. we were facing the street so a little noisy but not bad. We slept well. Pillows were a little too fluffy for us but we managed. Those doors to the room are heavy and slam shut which can be noisy. We always used our hand to close the door to alleviate that problem. All in all a nice hotel. Thank you

My family and I love staying here. One of our go to places every time we come into town. I have kids and they have always been great with us, place is neat too. I do believe they need to update their elevator, but so far it’s been great for us.

Grandkids had great time in pool, breakfast was tasty, receptionists were friendly

Our grandchildren LOVED the pool. We enjoyed the breakfast. The bacon could be a little crisper. Staff was great. Coffee was good. Great location.

Staff was great did what they could with covid restrictions to make stay good. Pool was nice and to go breakfast was nice as well with covid restriction. Our 2 Non smoking rooms we booked smelled like smoke our entire 2nd floor smelled like weed and cigarette smoke. Bathroom was not fully clean were told they would let house keeping know. Probably wouldn't take family back due to smoke smell and cleanliness.

Great place to stay, kids really enjoyed the pool.
