My Place Hotel-Wenatchee WA

Booked for my family and they loved it! Very clean and new! And able to cook and all the equipment are pretty new! And it’s pet friendly just to be aware that there’s an additional $22ish cost for pet. Definitely recommend this place!

This is my first time booking this hotel due to the good ratings. But I regret selecting this one over best western because it is rigid rule and no humane customer service. We encountered snow storm when traveling to the area from California and got the weather alert the road is closed and road condition is not safe to travel. Contacted the property at the first time in the morning to cancel and waive the fees when checking the weather. However the property did not waive the feel because it is over Friday. The thing is how many of us can control extreme weather and natural risk? This is the time when customer service really shows the value. Not wanting compare with how other property understands the customer concerns first and put the customer safety at the priority over the profit, But contacting the hotel several days to communite ending with "sticking to the rules". I do not blame the behaviour, But Just feel very disappointed with their service and would not recommend it to friends and families. A good customer service did not only show when things go right, But shine more when things go wrong. I would definitely contact if I knew snow storm blocks the road a day before, But how likely can anyone do that? A very bad experience overall.

Was in town for a few days to see family, passing though, the amenities at this hotel are terrible, the amazing staff is overworked and have to deal with customers who are getting lackluster quality of hotel (comes with a kitchen but you have to pay for a spoon and a fork, has laundry but they key doesn’t work and the poor girl working alone at the front has a line of 5 people to check In before she can give you a key to the Room or sell you quarters, we also had a plumbing issue which was handled beautifully by the amazing staff you have) Yes it might be lack of workers these days, but sounds more like a corporate policy that does not value their employees.
