Very noisy, screaming in hallway, kids running, banging in the room above us. Room was cold. No hot free breakfast. Only cereal coffee and waffles, very limited. Will not stay here again, has gone downhill, rooms outdated along with hotel. Hotel personnel unfriendly and not professional. Need a complete makeover and new management.

We enjoyed our stay while visiting our family in the area for Thanksgiving. Everything was nice and clean. Our room was large and comfortable and breakfast was good.

We live in Bothell but needed a place to stay for a couple of days. I was surprised about how clean and well kept the place was. They have a nice pool with a hot tub which was great for kids. Breakfast was ok.

There were fake rose petals not picked up from the previous guest under the bed's over hang and pull out bed Found pill under the bed as well. Not ideal when you have children in the room

I'm not sure if it's just laziness or if it's just another technology issue but you can't go to the front desk to get a room you have to book online and when their online service isn't working then you're not getting a room. The pool water is green and slimy. Walls are thin so if getting woke up by kids isn't your thing then maybe try another place. Plus was there was a fridge and microwave in the room that's getting hard to find. Bed was lumpy but not the worst I've had.

It's a lot bigger than you think. The pool and spa / hot tub were really nice. The room was comfortable: refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. Didn't like the pillows but the bed was nice. Super close to Bothell's Center and close to my family. Seattle was an easy drive as was the airport.
