This is the fourth time we've stayed here. The key reason we return is that the hotel is very close to family that lives nearby. Two things that have come to irritate us are: 1) having to pay for parking. Flat out - that is a junk fee. 2) room isn't cleaned daily. Worse, we had to request the room be cleaned or it seemingly wouldn't have happened at all during our three night stay.

I reserved a non-refundable room for one adult and one child with two beds and had to pay in advance. When my family arrived, they were informed that they didn't have any rooms with 2 beds. They offered 2 different rooms on different floors with one bed each. This option was not possible as our son was not old enough to be on a completely different floor than his mother. We did not get what we paid for and were not offered any sort of refund.

All fine with hotel, beautiful large 64m2 suite. The only problem was the pull out sofa bed our kids had to sleep in. Elliptical shape sofa has only a narrow twin mattress in pretty bad condition ( buckled in the middle ). Impossible for even one child to sleep on let alone two. Room info must reveal pull out sofa is suitable for only one child.
