Comfort Inn & Suites Bothell - Seattle North

It was certainly a safe property - my kiddo left the side door of my van open with our portable dvd player for the world’s access, and it was left completely alone for hours until we used our van again! The hotel is in a good spot, the staff were all very awesome and friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable, though if you share a bed with someone who flops like a fish in their sleep, you will certainly feel *all* of the flops. The bathroom, however, was a bit yucky. The wallpaper was gross and peeling and a little grimy. The exhaust vent is clogged with dust and debris. It definitely needs updating for certain. Otherwise, it was a good stay. Breakfast was okay. Appreciated coffee available in the lobby all the time! Good hotel, just please update the bathrooms!

Everything was so easy for a nice two night stay with child. The front desk staff was friendly and went out of their way to fulfill a special request. Room make up service anticipated our needs without having to be told specifically what needed attention. Would readily stay here again and save the big bucks it costs to stay in downtown Seattle.

Worst customer service ever, they asked me to leave the hotel mid night with my 3 kids, and with rain outside. We will not use Comfort in ever due to this behavor.

Just a good location if you have business or family in the North Seattle area or Bellevue or Bothell or Mill Creek. Excellent freeway access.

The property is old and rundown. Popcorn ceiling all around makes it look like we are in the 50s. Stains in the curtain and bathtub, very gross. The bathtub drain is very slow. The woman in the front desk was very rude. One morning we wanted to use the restroom in the lobby after breakfast but it ran out toilet paper so we asked for one. She said if we were guests, we should have used the toilet in our room. We told her that it was used (we were a family of 4) and we just wanted to use the restroom in the lobby because we just had breakfast there. She was giving us a hard time saying that the restroom was only for employees (it didn't have that sign, it had a huge restroom sign), she said we had to wait for the housekeeping the next day to get the toilet paper, etc. After a while, she gave in and she took the toilet paper which was apparently was stored right behind her! She was just totally lazy and rude!

The hot water was brown when turned on.. I couldn’t take a shower or have a bath and or use any of it until in the last half hour before checking out. I informed the front desk about the problem and could not accommodate someone coming to check while me and the family was in the room ,but they said that they couldn’t send someone until the room was vacated.. also because I booked through Expedia there was nothing they could do.. I had to attend a conference for two days so the stay was horrible without being able to take a proper shower at least.. I had booked another room also ,so I was able to use that one to wash and all.. I didn’t expect any of these to happen..

It was our first time visiting Washington and this hotel was such a great choice! Everything looked exactly as it was described online and the fact that we had complementary breakfast, made it even better! The staff was friendly and we enjoyed having so many different dinning options all around us as well as grocery stores. I have family in Bothell so we will definitely b staying here again the next time we visit!

I always stay in this hotel when I see my kids in Bothell. I noticed on this last visit, it could do with a bit of updating in the bathrooms. But I will definitely stay again.

Great location. I like the convenience of all the shops and amenities. The hotel needs some updating or remodeling. The carpet needs to be cleaned. My kids socks was very dirty just walking around for a few minutes. l also had to clean the light switches because they were not very clean. I don't mind paying more if the hotel was in better condition. A change up in the daily breakfast would be nice. Get tired of eating the same thing everyday for a week stay.

Stay was great! Beds were soft and comfortable! Close to plenty of food and shopping, staff was great and tentative when needed. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will book again when return to seattle
