Amazing stay with my husband and two kids! Will definitely be staying here again!

Great overnight stay for our family! Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, decent breakfast.

My written review has to do with expedia and the false advertising displayed about the hotel. You posted hot tub and inside pool. The hotel has had neither for four years ......imagine my kids disappointment after hering that. Those amenities WAS THE ONLY reason i oicked the hotel ....its what i was looking for. I showed the staff and they were in disbelief as well since , again, no inside pool or hot tub for the past 4 yrs. THEN i have a non refundable stay because i went with the wrong company. Thanks for that , ruined the night .

The room was big enough for a family of four. The pool and outdoor area was dirty and borderline unusable. It was also not family friendly. Also there was a periodic buzzing we could hear in our room all hours of the day. We couldn’t figure out where it was coming from

The hotel was near food, shopping, and I-64. Even though there was a track and field championship with many families staying here, it was quiet and no loud noise

This property was perfect for me and my family. They had the perfect space set up as well as a crib for my little. Our whole family was so comfortable in the rooms

Beds were not comfortable, carpet was dirty, gym small with out dated equipment. It had one treadmill, 1 bike, 1 epileptical and some hand weights. Has only indoor pool that was small and water looked dirty not inviting at all.The landscaping does not look maintained. The pluses were free laundry, kids enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Other pluses the hotel is close to gas station, Krogers and restaurants. Internet signal was also strong I would not stay there again due to the all cons previously mentioned.

I was in town overnight with my husband and father. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I would give it an overall rating of 5 except for a couple of minor things: I wish that my father's room was closer to my room. His was on the 4th floor and mine was on the third. He had some difficulty with his key card. I found the room to be very nice except that the vanity is way too tall. I am shorter than average and found it a little difficult to clean up in the evening. Not impossible, but a lot higher than the average vanity height. I can't imagine what smaller children would do since this is the only bathroom sink. My father mentioned that his bathtub did not have any slipper strips. Again, not a big deal, but for an 84 year old it made him a little nervous about slipping in the tub. Once again, these are very minor discrepancies. I thought the surroundings were lovely and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel. The continental breakfast was much more than I expected. A nice surprise. I would definitely recommend the Staybridge.
