When we checked in - the from desk clerk gave us the wrong room. He gave us keys to another guests room who was still staying there. Luckily, that guest was not in the room at the time or that would’ve been very awkward. This mistake though innocent and honest; really posed a huge security risk and question for us. The new room we did get was not the room we reserved. We had reserved a room with 2 double beds but the room we got was only 1 bed and a sofa bed. Which made it tight for our family of 4. The side door of the building was always open which again was a security risk to guests staying there. It wasn’t secure at all which we did not like as we were traveling with 2 small children. The only positive of this hotel was that it was in close proximity to stores, food and the interstate.

Very quiet, and reasonably clean. The refrigerator could have been replaced. Didn't stay as long and waiting for a refund. Had a death in the family for the short stay

It was my families first trip to Virginia and it was fantastic. Very kind people throughout the area. Lots to do near the hotel. There was an on site pool area outside and was also pet friendly. Rooms were very home-like, complete with kitchenette. Perfect for anyone who is new to the area and is in need of a decently priced home away from home.

We travel to Virginia with our 3 teenagers on vacation. When we got to the hotel street, the area is very clean and safe, with about 3 shopping center and a movie theater walking distance. Hotel staff was very friendly, fast and attentive. The room was SPOTLESS and looked brand new. Like we were the first guest ever. The children enjoy the DVD's, and the pool while we cooked. When visiting VA I will always stay there. Highly recommended.
