Great breakfast, great room. Love that we can fir the kids in it with all the space. Downside is that the AC blew right on the bed next to it and it was really humid. Don't know if it was just that room, but the room just felt damp and muggy all the time. Aside from that, it was clean and we would stay there again.

The hotel needs renovation. We stay at Springhill, 'cause we expect property to be new and for family. The property is older and needs renovation. During our stay, the washroom door broke and wasn't closing. There was no plumber at the time to fix it. We waited and finally had to ask front desk to change the room, which also was in the same condition. Asked front desk to clean the room, but no one came to clean it up.

Close to everything, anything you need. Easy access to i95. Neighborhood is safe. Like the separate shower and toilet design with each has own sink. Was convenient for my big family. Nice modern design of the room and can fit 8 sleeping( has full size Sofa with trundle.

Very clean, room was nice and spacious. Pool was fun for the kids, small but never crowded. Staff was very nice and friendly, and helpful.

Very nice mid level property. Clean & modern, convenient location just off the interstate. Room, bedding and amenities all top notch. Competent and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast way above average including hot buffet, adult cereals in addition to those for the kids, and fresh strawberries and melon.
