Staff was so kind and friendly. The chef had come over to the desk to speak with the staff and while he was there he also was so kind. He offered us a specials menu and talked to us a few minutes. Then when we got to our room I had forgotten my son was originally not going to be with us. I had reserved a king sized bed only. Staff immediately found us a room with two queen beds. I mean my husband wasn’t even upstairs with the luggage yet and they already changed our room. Excellent experience. And the kids loved the pool. We will be back next time we visit our family.

I would recommend pre-paying for the breakfast buffet through Expedia. It's 14.95 per adult and 9.95 per kid, which is ridiculous for such a minimal selection that's free at most hotels.

Had a great family stay at this Hilton. The breakfast was confusing, but it all worked out. I am not sure why they needed to make it so complicated though. The pool could use a backwash.

Very large suites that accommodated a family with small children in cribs. It made traveling with twin 2 year olds and an 8 month old a lot easier with room to play and sleep. Thank you!
