Sleep Inn Woodbridge

My family complained from the time they left the lobby (which was decent) to go to the room til the time we left. It was noisy, people going in and out of doors, yelling, and we could hear people walk above us. The mattress was like an inflatable mattress as well. The rooms were dusty and out of date. I was trying to be cheap. You definitely get what you pay for.

This was a terrible property to stay in. I was disappointed to have read previous reviews that were favorable before booking this hotel. Our experience was not good at all. I’ll get right to the point. The room was not clean the bathroom was disgusting and unsanitary. We stayed with our young children, as soon as you walked into the room you could see it was not well kept. The bathroom toilet had poop smeared all over the toilet seat, on the area where you sit and on the lid. The shower stall had broken fixtures and the room smelled terrible, like poop. We went to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. The hotel is not well kept from the outside, to the lobby, to the rooms. It was so late when we checked in and we had already prepaid for our stay so we couldn’t leave. We requested another room and although it didn’t smell of or have poop smeared on the toilet it was definitely not well cleaned. The hotel was non smoking but you could smell the strong cigarette and marijuana smell in the hallway. I reported this to the front desk person in the morning shift. The person apologized and denied the room was in that condition. I asked him to go see the room with me and he acted so surprised to see the room so filthy and I showed him the poop, fixtures, phone and of course the bad smell. I explained the second room wasn’t much better. As I looked around the lobby in the daylight I could see it was worse than what I had noticed when we checked in at night.

This hotel has BIG BIG PROBLEM! It has a bug problem (Roachs). I've stayed there a few times in the past and I would notice 1 baby roach from time to time BUT this stay was absolutely terrible. It was infested, I had to go to the local Walmart to buy bug spray and I never got any sleep. I'll have to recommend to ALL of my business workers NOT to stay here.
