The property was beautiful. Staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and smelled wonderful. Walking distance to Colonial Williamsburg. Pool is gorgeous. Great place for a family.

Everything was Fabulous from… the pleasant & easy check-in, to the charming grounds & staff to the delicious breakfast at The Lodge, to a relaxing & fun time at the Spa and pool. The best part of all is you’re just a short walk from CW. My family & I would highly recommend this to Anyone- although it is pet/family friendly it’s also great for a couple get away! Thank you for a memorable stay.

By far, this is one of the better properties my family has stayed at. Our first time to Williamsburg was excellent and the hotel contributed to this. We would stay again. Thank you to the staff for attending to our need on our only request. Darrel

Have to say lipstick on a pig.. huge disappointment for what we paid.. rooms had a smell.. heat didn’t work.. nice gentleman came to fix.. then never cut off. Would have made a bigger deal as we could have hung meat in there at 11.. then finally some heat by 12am.. have two kids.. wasn’t moving at that hour.Beds uncomfortable.. linens not soft.. staff pleasant.. pool closes early.. had no clue. Will not be back

Ventilation in room awful. Sneezed and coughed non-stop But small child next to our room that screamed and cried multiple times throughout night waking me up many times and then again at 6:30am on Sunday morning Literally got no sleep
