Hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The kids had a great time at the pool and the room was perfect for our needs! Thank you!

Enjoyed spending time with my family in Williamsburg. The room was just the right size and quite accommodating. The only feedback It had a strange smell in the hallway. We first thought it was someone cooking, but the smell lingered during our entire stay. Not the most pleasant odor. Otherwise, it was a great trip!

Three night family trip to Busch Gardens. Beds were a bit uncomfortable but to be expected in pretty much every hotel. The breakfast plates, bowls, and silverware were not always clean so you’d have to pick through to find a clean one. The hotel overall is very clean and kept up well. The front desk workers were all helpful and pleasant. Breakfast started an hour later on weekends compared to weekdays which frustrated us and other guest who had scheduled things at certain times. The housekeeper did a fantastic job as well. This hotel is pet friendly so expect there to be dogs barking in various rooms throughout the day and night. Once in the room you really don’t hear it so it’s not bad. We would stay here again.

Expedia was totally wrong with check in times. Expedia says 2pm but hotel check in is actually 3pm.It was a big inconvenience for me and my family as we rushed to get to hotel then to bush gardens.

Decent sized room, fit my family of 4 and dog just fine. Was nice to have a separate bedroom. Odd smell upon arrival into room, was a bit turned off. We all got used to the smell after a while. Happy to have a one hour later check out (was on a college tour) but front desk person wouldn't even allow us 15 extra minutes beyond that. Husband had to leave tour early to come back for our dog.

No complaints. Very friendly employees. Breakfast was fresh, hot and stocked at all times. The 2 bedroom was great space for our family. Convenient to everything. Will definitely stay again. Nice, peaceful and quiet.

We came with our 2 grandchildren for a short vacay.. to Busch Gardens, Williamsburg and Jamestown. the room was wonderful and clean and the beds were quite comfy. We had a small kitchen in our room, which we didn't use much, but the fridge came in handy! I especially loved that the water pressure in the shower was wonderful! the only thing I would add is that there could be more hooks to hand wet swimsuits and for towels to dry. Other than that, everything was great, including the breakfast every morning. My Grands called the room "very fancy! LOL! All staff that we encountered were incredibly friendly and I got texts every day checking in to see how things were.

I have never stayed in a place where there property looks just like the pictures on line. Amazing. Not to mention the hot breakfast and indoor pool was a plus. All rooms had everything you need in them, they really make you feel like your at home. Walls were nice a thick, to not bother any neighboring rooms. I will be booking this place for all my stays no matter where i travel. Not to mention we were a family of 8 traveling, and we had lots of space in our room.
