It was a wonderful short stay. We did not run into any problems at all. Check in was easy. Breakfast was good. No issues with parking and convenient to Busch Gardens. The family and fur kids had a great time.

Thought it was overpriced. Looked a lot more up to date and cleaner on website photos, our heating/ cooling system was very noisy. My family used to stay at Hampton’s when we would travel when I was younger, they were always so nice and reasonably priced. I would expect with the name Hilton on it now they would even be better then before.

Shoutout to the hotel staff who were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The indoor pool, business center and fitness room looked very nice although we did not use them. The breakfast buffet was more generous than you usually find. Check-in/out was fast and easy. The hotel was kept very clean. However, bedrooms, but not bathrooms, have been updated. Toilets seemed to have been designed for children. Lobby and breakfast area furniture was worn and could use cleaning. That whole lobby area was very dark and kind of depressing. The hotel was located in a weird area and you needed to drive 10 minutes or more to get anywhere (i.e., you couldn’t walk anywhere to eat or shop). Overall I would give this property a “B”.

This is close to Williamsburg and Jamestown area. We were traveling with our 2 children and their children so we reserved 3 rooms and it is spacious enough for everyone to move around. There is an indoor pool that the kids were able to enjoy after touring the day on the historical spots in Williamsburg and Jamestown. The breakfast was great to start the day. There were eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, etc. I would recommend this hotel for a traveling family.

For the value point pricing the hotel is ok. Don’t expect any bells or whistles. Breakfast was really crowded tons of families crowded in and under serviced by few staff. Our room was clean but I wouldn’t walk on carpet barefooted. For one night it was fine. We slept comfortably.

This hotel room was huge! We had the multibed studio suite. We have 2 dogs. Our dogs are very well behaved and potty trained. The fee was very reasonable! Thank you! The location is absolutely convenient to everything, really. The host, named Eric, was the best concierge I have EVER experienced. Other hotels should fight for him to be the face and voice of their business. The breakfast was nice. The only problem is the lady said they keep the pool at 74° and it was absolutely too cold where our kids lips turned blue. It was clean though! I don't know if the purpose is lower maintenance because cooler temperatures produce less bacteria however I would definitely NOT choose this hotel for a winter pool experience. The room however, was nice!

After many visits to Williamsburg, staying at the Hilton Homewood Suites with our kids, we chose the Hampton. It was significantly less expensive than the Hilton, but with the same amenities: 2 queen beds, a fridge/microwave, coffee, breakfast downstairs, etc. All staff were friendly and very professional. Since we don’t spend much time in the hotel, it’s important to have a clean facility that’s comfortable and feels safe. This was more than that. Highly recommend for families and/or couples visiting attractions in the Williamsburg arena. Not a single downside.
