There was only one person at check in and had to wait for 20 m8nutes to get checked in. This was at late 8n the evening and it was too much of an inconvinience for my family

The staf was very friendly upon arrival. I did not realize our room did not have a refrigerator or microwave so I had not way to keep our drinks cold. The beds were very firm and the furniture is outdated. The breakfast was good, my kids loved the mini waffle maker. The pool made our hair feel very yucky.

Thank you guys for your welcoming & friendly demeanor. Our family visited from Thursday to Saturday this week and everything was perfect. The breakfast staff were on top of everything each morning and seemed to be pleased to be working. This is indicative of a great workplace culture.

Room was run down, a table so weak, you couldn't put anything on it, the desk had skid marks and a chair was full of stains. We travelled with a pet and understand we will not get the cleanest room, but I most likely would not stay again there when travelling with a pet. Breakfast was great, lobby clean and inviting. Maybe we just had bad luck with the room

Had to request room service. Hotel is using COVID for excuse too long. Toilet was very low. Felt like we were at kiddie campus.

Overall the hotel was OK but definitely time to be renovated. Mattresses Felt worn, bathroom has no fan, room did not have mini fridge or microwave, which should be standard in every room… especially at a Hampton Inn. The indoor pool was nice and the hot tub and my kids really enjoyed that. Breakfast was good consisted of bacon and scrambled eggs one day and another day of western style omelettes and turkey sausages. Front desk was always courteous and polite and other staff, as well. I just really feel that the hotel needs to be renovated again and couple things should be just standard in every room.

We got locked out of our room, ( after having to get new key cards 3 times in. 8 hour period because the lock never wanted to open) my family of 6 sat in the hallway soaking wet while the lady tried to unlock our door and insinuated my children slammed the door causing the security lock to close. After 4 hours of waiting and then having to beat the lock off the door we were able to get to our things and check out. Not offered a sorry for your trouble or anything. And then at checkout the lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude and charged my wrong card. I want a full refund but can’t seem to get a person via phone or through the customer service website. Never again!!

The property was well maintained. Landscape around parking lot and entrance was very nice. The rooms were fine although I didn’t realize only the suites had microwaves and mini fridges. The pool was ok, the kids felt like the water could have been clearer and opted to not go in after the first day which was too bad since having an indoor pool was the reason I chose the hotel. The staff was lovely and breakfast was fine.
