Greensprings Vacation Resort

Very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was clean. The deep tub was a treat and very soothing after all the walking at the parks. The kitchen was clean as well. It's family-friendly and we will stay here again.

Plenty of room for four adults in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. It was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff (Latasha) was friendly and helpful. We were in town for a family funeral and did not have time to see the pool or work out area. A few disappointments: Limited cookware options and the frying pan in our unit did not sit level on the stove. Plates, glasses and mugs available but no bowls for ice cream or cereal. All in all. a good stay and we hope to have the opportunity to visit again.

Our room was very spacious. Staff was quick to respond to any needs we had during our stay. Outdoor pool area is super nice. Wish they had an arcade room for kids.

This was a random quick trip for my family of 4. Every thing was EXTREMELY clean, loved having traah cans at each building. The interior was great also, very roomy!! We stayed in the back building #18 right on the green of the golf course. Putt putt was fun, basketball was great! Pool was large plenty of seating and towels were unlimited! The calender of events looked fun and had things id be interested in if it wasnt just a over night trip for us.

We were here for 3 nights and were in the older units that hadn’t been renovated yet. The rooms are set up like a condo and are very spacious but outdated. There were minimal dishes and one pan and pot for cooking. I expected more cooking supplies since they showcase these have kitchens. There is no oil or spices so you need to bring everything. The staff were great and very polite. The pool area and other amenities were terrific. We played picket ball and the kids played several games when the pool was closed due to weather. Sunday though the amenities window was closed most of the day as it wasn’t staffed. Also when the pool closes they don’t send a text right away so you show up and the gates a closed. There needs to be better communication. I look forward to coming back when the place is renovated.

The property was a good fit for my family and the amenities were great!

There was mouse dropping everywhere we looked and the cleaning wasnt properly done, we had little children with us ages 2 and 7.

Highlights of this property say “family friendly”. Multiple parties in the complex we were in. Loud, obnoxious, no parking available because of the parties. People were parking on the road. Notified front desk, nothing changed. Loud music, lots of foot traffic in and out of the complex, with slamming doors. Unable to sleep due to all the noise. Will not stay here again.

This was a great place to stay very clean. The reason for the four star overall rating is because it states there are an arcade/game room however there was not. My boyfriend and I are kids at heart and that is one reason I got this place. We were kinda heartbroken but we still had fun
