The property was CLEAN and very well maintained! I checked in a few minutes after 3 pm it was quick and easy, they only have 2 elevators in the same spot and with a full hotel it took a minute for the elevators to come back around (but really not a huge deal). The rooms were decent sized, everything was spotless. Parking is a little confusing because they share a lot with a couple restaurants and in the morning I noticed I parked in the wrong lot but my car was still there in the morning. They offer breakfast but it's for a fee; adults was $14 and kids was $7, I passed but did get the complimentary coffee. All in all it was a really nice property, walking distance to countless restaurants and fast food. My son and I even went to a couple souvenir shops. If I'm in the area again I would 100% stay here.

I usually stay at Hilton Garden Inn hotels and this location was disappointing because they gave my room a double queen suite to someone else right before I got there. The television in the suite area didn't get cable and they apologized but said it happens and there's nothing that they could do. Imagine a child with no television in a hotel. There wasn't an iron in my room. I called down and they bought me a blow dryer twice. I was very disappointed this visit.

Great staff and clean rooms. Just needs some updating in the bathrooms. Overall, awesome stay for a family trip.

Stayed with my 2 children and my husband who is very particular about hotel cleanliness and we all were very pleased. Would definitely recommend.

I'm having small children I was concerned about the cleanliness but the room was very clean. The room was a little outdated but the bed and everything was great

I stayed here because this hotel has an indoor pool and hot tub which are open 24 hours a day! As a wedding videographer, I travel around A LOT. Many weddings run late and by the time I get back to the hotel, the pool is closed. I will definitely book this hotel again for my next gig in the Williamsburg area. Of course, it is not totally relaxing until after midnight when most of the kids head to bed.

I thought this property included free breakfast so I brought my child down to eat. A staff member literally took a plate from my hand and told me to go pay and show my voucher. It was very rude. The staff at the desk encouraged me to leave my card and go get our food to make up for it, and then forgot to give me my card back. Had I not gone back to ask, I would have driven off without my credit card. All of this could have been handled differently and it would have been fine.

Upon check-in we learned that there was no bar and no restaurant, so no room service. I chose this hotel over others b/c I wanted on site food available for my kids. Then when heading up to my room, the halls smelled so bad that I was nervous how the room would smell. Our hotel and others were sold out b/c it was a holiday weekend but there would be no way to stay. Luckily it didn't smell. Strangely, but glad, the halls were much better by the next morning. We didn't realize that we needed to ask to get our room cleaned, so we went with a dirty room and had to call for more towels. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next day, but that never happened either. Some stuff can be blamed on the pandemic, but this was just too much.

We stayed 3 nights with our 3 kids 2,8,10 years old. Good location to colonial, Busch garden and water park driving a rental car. Lots of family restaurants dinner and breakfast and our favourite place Golden Corral!! Kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. The hotel met our needs however a facelift wouldn't hurt!!
