This is our second time staying here for a nearby family reunion and we will stay here again. We used to stay at Greenspring, but since we are just looking for somewhere with multiple bedrooms (for 5 people, two couples and a single) to sleep and eat breakfast, Vacation Village is significantly cheaper. We have never used the resort amenities at either location. If you're just looking for a place to stay and want to save money for a place that is the same size apartment but cheaper, it's a better deal than Greenspring. The place is definitely more run down than Greenspring and not quite as nice, but it met our needs very well.

The property has nice amenities (pool, playground, sundry shop, fitness center, arcade) within walking distance. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and family friendly. Although some items (tv, stove) were dated the unit was a nice place to come back to at the end of the day to relax and unwind.

The place was perfect. Rooms were big and bathrooms were super clean. It was nice for a family so the kids could have there own room and the adults there own.

This was a last minute trip with my family on Mother's Day weekend! The property was wonderful. The room was amazing for the cost. Spacious. The staff was friendly. The room and grounds had everything we needed. Only thing is that it's a little farther Way from Busch Gardens than we thought, but that has nothing to do with the grounds. We will stay longer next.time

I really enjoyed my mini vacation everything was wonderful I just wish the hot water for the hot tub in our room stay hot long enough to fill the tub lol but other than that my family had a great time we really enjoyed the indoor pool amd got to use the outdoor pool our first day arriving we definitely planned to revisit again!
