Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg-Richmond Rd.

We truly had a wonderful time! This was our second stay at this hotel, and we enjoyed it as much as the first. The only complaint I have is an older lady who worked the Night Shift…. She was not very nice to the kids at all or the adults for that matter! She did not seem too keen on my kids choosing some of the convenience items from the lobby area—-These are 11 and 13-year-old kids and I was present with them! Other than her, all of the employees were great and we enjoyed our stay.

The property is centrally located and suites are a good size for multigenerational families. Received an early check in but unfortunately on the first night the bathroom sink knob came right off and the bathroom lock was broken so my 9 year old locked us out of bathroom use in the morning. Her 74 year old grandmother was not happy. Told management in the morning and they sent someone into the room while we ate breakfast and started the day. Stayed 4 nights and the last two nights were sweltering —returned from Busch Gardens and asked front desk for some bottles of water —reception wanted to go out of their way to remind me I wasn’t a diamond member and I needed to remind them that it was an excessive heat wave day before they handed over two complimentary bottles of water. Choose it for quiet and spacious rooms and convenient dining But don’t expect much and you won’t be disappointed … Approx 7 miles from Busch Gardens and water park USA …10-12 miles from Yorktown and Jamestown.

We reserved 3 rooms for a family gathering. The staff for filled our needs by giving us 2 connecting rooms, and the 3rd was right next door. I was a little unsure about being on the 4th floor considering we had some small children with us. However, even when they jumped, no sound could be heard any where. When they played, you couldn't hear it through the walls. The only thing i would say needed help on is the choices on breakfast. There is a lot of bread, and cereal. So, if your diabetic you don't have many choices if you don't want their mini omelet and sausage. Although, they do change the way they cook the egg from day to day.

My daughter and I had done a family trip as we booked rhis hotel they were extremely nice, the front desk were great people as they helped us with everything, our room was clean and couldnt complain we will stay hear again we did our stay from April 14, to 18, 2024. You guys were really great😁

My family and I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The pool water temperature was a little chilly but tolerable. The front desk workers were extremely courteous and helpful. The gym had a peloton bicycle which was a nice addition to the treadmill & elliptical machine. The free hot breakfast was okay, they only served pork as their meat choice so we had to eat the waffles and bagels which were nice. Overall we had a nice time and I would go back if I was in the area again.

Great for families! I had a staycation with my granddaughters and they loved the local restaurants and we visited Ripley’s museum while we were there also!

Everything was great for me and my family of 5!

Nice and convenient location. As always great size for a family of five. Breakfast had limited options. No fruit salad but hot meals available

Dry nice, come to Williamsburg to see family, so most definitely will stay here again!

This was my first visit to Hampton Inn & Suits in Williamsburg and I will be returning. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. I especially liked that the employees that tended to room service made sure to ask if we needed anything additional besides what they already did. The location is great, close to shopping, food, water park and theme park. Perfect for any family vacation.
