Boardwalk Resort and Villas

I asked for a 2 bedroom suite but instead i got two separate rooms and paid for 2 rooms instead of a 2 bedroom suit. My family was not together in the same suite . Never again and bathroom toilet never worked in 2nd room. Nevwer again for the price they charge

I really enjoyed my stay!! We did a quick little staycation for Father’s Day (2 kids 2 adults). It was really nice. The staff was very informative and helpful. The kids were happy that the pool was open until 10pm.. so we definitely utilized that amenity. The room was super nice and clean! Blankets were super warm and the view was amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

Always a joy to stay here. Staff are very friendly and rooms are spacious when traveling with teens. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and of course the beach!! Would recommend for any family!!

Me and the husband decided to do a one the fly (kid free) overnight stay. The room was perfect. We had the ocean view room, everything was clean and we were happy to have a full kitchen!! We deemed this our new adult spot! Will be booking again soon!

We were very unsatisfied with the cleanliness and upkeeping of our room. Hair was still in the bathrub and inside the sheets and on one of the pillows, still had dry toothpaste in the sink!! Ac/Heater was leaking and had signs thatvit had been for sime time!! Door to balcony was extremely heavy and almost impossible to open. Neither the kids or my wife was strong enough to open and the handle was rwalky messed up from others also struggling to open the sliding door!! We had a lit higher expectations for the resort, especially paying over $400 a night!!

This property is not a resort by any means. Staff was rude, amenities included an indoor pool with one shared bathroom. Outside rinse was broken, restaurant not open. Halls all had a terrible smell and extremely outdated. The $300 security deposit (that’s not mentioned) says a lot about the clientele they bring in. I was told it could take over 10 days to get it back and If I don’t to call my bank because the hotel can’t help! Our “two bedroom suite with a queen bed” was two guest rooms that you needed keys to enter every time and full beds. You also were responsible for taking out your own trash. I called and asked for a toiletries kit and they told me to come to the front desk. Then could only find a razor. Property located in a non-kid friendly part of town and if it looked like this in the off season I can only imagine. Hilton should be embarrassed.

The ocean view rooms are from the side of the building so it isn't a great view. Our balcony overlooked the new piere being built and a pizza place along with all the other buildings. We could see the ocean but not what we were expecting. We woke up to the men working at 7am. Also, work was being done on the exterior of the hotel. They don't clean the room during your stay. If you need more towels you are supposed to leave the dirty ones outside your door and they will leave clean ones in a bag. It wasn't an issue for us for a couple day stay but something to consider if you stay longer. If you have kids be sure to check the hot water. The hot water was extremely hot instantly. The pizza place next door was amazing for just a simple pizza and with great service after a long drive. The barbecue place across the street was decent. It was a bit dry and not really warm but we were there at the end of the day so we would try again. Partially because the service. The guys working were really nice and helpful describing the different sauces when my daughter wasn't sure which to choose.

The room is spacious and the view of the beach is majestic!! The front desk staff was very welcoming. Plan to return with the whole family.
