The stay was a nightmare. One of the front desk attendants was beyond rude and dismissive. The pool and hot tub are under construction even though that is the first picture you see. There were roaches in the laundry room and a couple in the room!!! If you ask for extra blankets, they will admonish you and if you tell them that you really need them for your children they will call the police!!! Yes, that actually happened. I am very disappointed that any Hilton would be worst than any hotel that I have ever booked.

I filter hotels with Breakfast included but at the front desk they inform me that I needed to pay for breakfast, and if your not a member of the Hilton family need to pay for wifi

Great property and staff is the best. Assistant manager on site during my check in on October 14, made my family feel so comfortable and welcomed. Thanks again. And from now on. The Hilton will be our preferred hotel when in Petersburg va

We stayed at the hotel for a family wedding. The service was outstanding. We dealt with several front desk personel and they were curteous, informed, and truly wanted to help us make the most out of our stay and enjoy the surrounding area. The food for the rehearsal dinner and wedding was so so. Nothing special and considering price, I expected more. The room's appearance was under my expectations as well. There were stains on the carpet and it just didn't feel super clean. So overall I rate our experience a 'C' -just average.
