Hampton Inn & Suites Washington-Dulles International Airport

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were fun for the kids! Breakfast was good in the morning. The staff were all friendly.

We didn’t get a shuttle service which is the hotel supposed to provide us me and my family waiting 30 mnt and trying to call to the hotel no answer finally we decided to use a taxi and the hotel air conditioner not working properly

I stayed here for personal and family trips. The hotel is clean, service was good, and I parked my car there when I flew out of state. Nice hotel, pleasant and professional atmosphere, and I would stay again.

Very convenient location for airport and area our family is around. Could use a restaurant nearer to it. Desk help was very friendly.

This hotel would be great if you're a single traveler or with one other person. I wouldn't recommend for a family. No fridge, very small rooms, not much counter space. The breakfast could've been improved because the French toast was hard, sausage was gross and eggs are better at McDonald's. The day of the inauguration, it would've been nice for hotel to start breakfast earlier than six to accommodate the event and the hotel to offer shuttle to reston metro station, not just the airport. The plus was that the staff was awesome, the ladies making breakfast and cleaning rooms were always very friendly and helpful. The male check in staff were amazing and very helpful, especially the older guy and soni and Adrian. They went above and beyond. Female check-in staff could use more training on courtesy and stop texting when guests are needing assistance. The stay worked well for what I needed, but if I go back with family may have to look for bigger rooms.

Had to travel to USA for unexpected death in family. We stayed at the Hampton Inn to be close to Dulles airport for our return. Digital key is a huge benefit (and chosing my room online). We just needed somewhere clean, safe with breakfast as our return trip is 24 hours long. All great. Nice job.
