The hotel had 1 elevator working.. extra long wait times…outside garbage pails remained over filled for 2 days outside Room had a stuffy smell .. I stay here every year when I visit family and will choose another place to stay.. additionally my room was at the end of the hall and I booked as a senior

With 2 kids, we had to wait more than 45 minutes (close to 3:30 PM) to get a room. Staff lacked basic customer service skills. If the hotel knows there are customers checking in, why would the rooms not be cleaned? Why would other customers be allowed late check outs? A couple who waited ahead of us were offered cookies as they were assigned a room and walked towards the elevator. With kids, we were not even offered water. When we received a room, there was no one to help with luggage. Not sure why this is a 4 star property. The room had a TV from stone age.
