Smelled smelled smelled like pee and poo everyday mostly in the lobby and hallways. Tv didn’t work and no one at that time, wanted to help, so we stayed as a family in silence, apart from our cellphones, BORING. Was extremely itchy laying in the bed, and cob webbs above the bed on the walls. One particular male worker in the evening really put the icing on the cake for me. He was just so darn condescending and blah. I hated my stay and would give my big toe away for the days spent here BACK!!!!

We had a nice stay traveling in town for a baseball tournament. Hotel staff were very accommodating and our room had everything we needed. The pool was nice with plenty of loungers to relax in while the kids swam. If we ever travel back to the area we will definitely be booking at the Hyatt House again!

Stayed here before in the past, before covid it was a superb experience. Stopped coming due to other family members experiences with the building after covid....Came back to see if things were the same but it looks as if they renovated it back to the excellent hotel it was before. Had a great stay!! Parking is no longer free butttt the $10 is a one time thing no matter how long your stay (not too much of a problem, its in walking distance if the sheetz.

Had a cancelled flight, lost luggage and a delayed trip overseas to see my family. Thank goodness for a welcoming staff and comfortable room to end a very challenging day.

I paid for a king room with a pull out sofa for my family of 4. Unfortunately, I was given a king room with no pull out sofa. When I brought this initially to the front desks attention they initially told me that since I booked a king on Expedia this was all they had. (Clearly my kids needed a bed to sleep in if I listed them on my order.). Eventually she called me back and said they found a room with 2 double beds to make it better. However I’d be careful on initial check in and double check if your counting on that sofa bed. Otherwise it was a great stay with a nice hot breakfast.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend as well as Christmas week. The room was comfortable, wifi was speedy, staff was friendly, and breakfast hit the spot. Very reasonable pet policy. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Had to fight I check in to get the room I paid for! And even I didn’t get it. Check in agent offered a queen bed for 4 people while we paid for a suite with king bed and pull out couch. Horrible customer services and she lied that there were no other option. I had to insist at 10 am with 2 tired kids to get a queen bed and pull out couch. Horrible experience.

Loved staying at Gus convenient hotel, near airport and toll road. Ricardo the manager is always accommodating for my needs and very nice facility. Busy road, just be patient! Great for families too as suites are spacious and good pool/ bball court and Rec spaces for groups to 'hang'
