I was driving frim orlando going toronto i take a stop in w dc I chose tuis hotel because me and my family need to sleep and relax but they give me room outdated and and was not working i call them they try to fix nothing fix and We end up just sleep like that because we all was so tied

Comfortable airport hotel with larger rooms for families. The pool is small but nice, and felt great after a long flight. Prompt service with the airport shuttle.

Reserved a room for 5 people (3 kids) but the team did not proactively provide sheets for the sofa bed.

Stay is always great. The only thing ng I can say is they need a children's menu in the bar area and more inexpensive bar foods for HH. This is a a when everyone likes to enjoy a little downtime. Today everything is so expensive when you can do very inexpensive bar food.

We enjoyed our stay and the option to bring our 4 legged family was a bonus. Pool was open in Nov., so we utilized this amenity. Very convenient and staff were friendly.

This is a very nice property ideal for business or family. Thee rooms and lobby were comfortable, clean and aesthetically appealing. Great comfortable place close to the airport.

When. we checked into our room, there was someone's leftovers in the fridge. And when I tried to order room service after a crazy day of flight delays, I was told room service wasn't offered on Monday nights?! We were so hungry and the bar had limited options for my child. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Parking was blocked off which was kind of inconvenient for someone with small children. Welcome staff was friendly and efficient but more direction could have been provided as far as checkout etc.

he breakfast is amazing. I have met with family in the restaurant and everyone loved the all you can eat buffet. We had different diets to cater to as well. So, well done. I appreciated the attention of our waitress, Rose gave, especially since my brother was dealing with a personal family loss. I have stayed several days, and she has consistently by super nice and helpful. The best thing is to have in a hotel like this, is great customer service. I was not disappointed. The registration was seamless. I arrived nearly at 4 a.m. due to a scheduling conflict with my airline. The two calls I made to the front desk were gracious and reassuring that my room would be available whenever we landed. Also, the hotel shuttle was easy to find at Dulles International Airport, on time and without any hassle. Room was great. TV was gigantic. And the other night, after I had a lot of helping my brother's family through a tough day, it was very cool to have dinner in the restaurant while some families with kids were enjoying a normal, happier time. The only drawback was a moment of waiting to be seated on a Friday night for dinner. The waitstaff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed at the host station. That was made up by a great chicken dinner and a kind waitress who was hustling to help out a lot of tables. Just needed one more waiter think? But that was a small bump in an otherwise great time.

We traveled as family, the check in and the facility were great for what we needed ( one night before flying) The location is great if you are using it before or after travel from Dulles. The only downside was some people very noisy in the hallway at 1 am wake up the whole family( I know it is not exactly the facility fault )
