Staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and for the first time room service actually took the time to knock on our door and kindly asked if we needed anything to be replaced! Instead of me reaching out to them kudos for that , I appreciate it that gesture. Overall the property was well taken care of. I stayed with my family of 6 rooms were spacious. Good option to stay at if you are in the area.

I like the location very convenient for dining, did not like the fact that my room wasn't clean when I got back there that night, the excuse was that I checked in on Saturday and it was Mother's Day and my staff needed to be home with their family. I travel out of town frequently and I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't have room service on a Sunday or when it's a Holiday. That was my first and last time staying at the hotel

My wife and I are big on customer service. So we make it known whether or not we are pleased with the individual(s) servicing us at any business that we patronize. I would like to say that every time we've stayed at this location, Amy at the front desk greeted us in the most pleasant and professional manner that my family could ask for. We appreciate all of her efforts to make sure that our stay is just as pleasant as she is. I told her that I would wrote this review because she deserves to be recognized! Thanks again Amy!!

Everything was going great until the night before we checked out. We stayed 3 nights . We are a family of 5 and was provided 4 towels and 2 wash cloths. Every night we were accommodated except out last night. I had to get pool towel for my family thank goodness for that. Check out is at 11. We checked out at 10am AT 1030 Relized we left 4 swimsuits and a blanket and STARTED CALLING . We turned around and made it back to hotel at 1045 explained what happened was giving a key went to all all our trash and couch was put up but all.liens were gone. Asked the room service staff then the desk cleark and the manger told me if founf they would call explianed from out of town and didnt mind waiting they respond its louds of clothes could take hours. I said okay no problem i can help look ot wait. Tgey said no . I kid you not 10 mins later was told they didnt see it anywhere. Soooo dont leave anything it will be taken and not held accountable. When i called to speak to hotel.com again the hotal told them no one was staying in the room and they dont know!!! After 10 m

This is a nice place to stay for days and nights and it’s safe for family vacation

Every single staff member we interacted with was so friendly, helpful, and kind. Our kids loved it and actually slept fairly decent for not being at home and being in a room together which says a lot. We will stay here again when we come back to Busch Gardens.

I stay at this hotel every other month when in the Hampton area to see my grandkids and no complaibts on this particular visit.

The staff was amazing! The evening receptionist was very welcoming and pleasant. Every staff member was very kind and helpful especially to our children. I would stay again

Both I rented for my family were nice and clean, staff were professional, welcoming and helpful especially the front desk agents for evening shift were awesome, breakfast was good, I loved the fact its close to everything of which includes Busch garden, country USA, mall and premium outlet. I would recommend to my family and friends and will definitely be staying here from now on when we visit Busch gardens again. Only slight complaint I would have is wished the pool was heated, yes it’s indoor but the water was so cold that my 4 year old who loves to swim couldn’t even stay in longer than 5 minutes and this boy loves swimming let me tell you🤣 Thank you Comfort Suites Airport for the hospitality❤️

The service was exemplary. I was very pleasantly surprised at how caring, friendly and hospitable the staff was. I’d be remiss if I did not speak about the incredibly warm and pleasant Amy, Front Desk hostess was toward my family and I. She made us feel so welcomed! Thank you for treating us like we were in a 5 star resort. I will never forget her kindness.
