The thermostat in our original room we checked into wasn't working properly so we were moved into another room without any problems, this shows that the customer service was great! The breakfast was okay but we would've liked more options such as bacon, waffles or pancakes. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Room had convenient furniture/hooks/bench/ closet combo for us. Elevators were quick, very easy to get up to the room. Parking excellent, even if we were very close to residential area. Chose this location to be close to the families we were visiting.

I travel a lot and this Hotel was by far one of the cleanest Hotels I have ever stayed at, as I told Lisa at the front desk. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I HIGHLY recommend this Hotel for any family or traveler; you will enjoy your stay as I did :-)

The whole staff was very friendly and courteous. It was very clean throughout and on the outside. The beds were so comfortable! We didn't do the breakfast because we met family both days. We will definitely stay there again. And refer others there.

Great I-95 access, really comfortable, great for families as there are games and a pool table as well as other amenities. Free breakfast. Wonderful Mexican restaurant in adjacent parking lot.
