After waiting awhile for staff to arrive at the front desk to check us in, our stay was very good. Very clean, quiet, and a good location. We have family in the area who we visit a few times a year. Will definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing! Me and my family stayed for new years and loved it! The room, the pool, the breakfast, the decor and of course all the staff was amazing especially Mary. We will stay again if we are in the area again.

Overall my family experience was okay. Not sure if I would stay here again. Pros: Staff was friendly Room was big and spacious (family of 5) Adequate parking Ok breakfast Cons: Linen was dirty when we first arrived. Brown dirt and yellow stains on the sheets. Had to ask for new linens and more towels and rags. Hardly no hot water. I had to leave the water running for 15 minutes or more until hot water kicked in. The bathroom set up is a bit odd. It hard to maneuver as the toilet is so close to the door and tub. And there is no fan circulation so the bathroom becomes really steamy. Hair in the pool. I don’t know how often it’s cleaned. Room above us was so noisy. You can hear the kids jumping on the floor at 10pm. Room overall was decent and definitely upgraded.

Air conditioner ws broken and leaking very badly. Carpet ws soaked and even though I requested it at the front desk no one EVER showed up to extract water. Noisy kids running up amdndown hall. People with pets up and down hall. Bathroom door near gym won't lock. Need to determine if maintenance tech is worth keeping or firing.

Great location - near family for the holiday weekend. Convenient to Walmart/Costco if needed supplies. Good restaurants nearby. Clean and nice pool for the kids to play.

Our stay here was EXCELLENT! Staff was so friendly, housekeeping every day we excellent, breakfast was good, hotel was very clean and indoor pool was perfect for the kids. The Metro station is about a 12 minute drive, making it a perfect stay for our Washington DC trip and Mount Vernon is less than 10 minutes away.

we have been staying at this property for more than 10 years now when we visit family in Alexandria. We are always greeted by your wonderful team who even asks how are family members are doing. The gentleman at the front desk (most recently on 6/25) always makes a point to come over to us when he sees us to welcome us and chat with us making us feel so at home on your property. Thank you so much for your wonderful staff. They are truly the reason we keep coming back.

During breakfast, we met a staff member, Trent. He exhibited the excellence that is "customer service". He treated each person he encountered as if they were family. Hampton Inn & Suites is blessed to have a team member like Trent. Staff with his type of attitude results in repeat customers.
