Everything was great! Loved staying at this hotel! The only downfall was the pool hours - my child wanted to go swimming before checking out, but opened at 4p

Im sorry to say this but the hotel stuff they make my vacation horrible because the first day i arrive there with my kids they send two people my room and they told me im disturbing the hotel because of my kids are playing second i paid for this hotel more than $200 a day within one week they came one time to change the sheets and to clean up when i reserved this hotel i requested every day cleaning and the reception stuff O my gad they treated me like im there for free or like they giving me charity

There were baby roaches crawling around the breakfast buffet and the air conditioner didn't cool down the room at all.

A very nice hotel with modern amenities and managed well. Nice to find, as we have family living nearby who we were visiting. Complimentary hot breakfast was excellent.

One of the best embassy suites I ever stayed at. Staff is on point and I love the amenities. Shopping is extremely close which made my families life so easy.

Staff in dining facilities were excellent! Management had no communication causing me to move rooms several times and front desk staff was not helpful! I had to move rooms with an infant and had no help from staff after managers told me I was ok to stay in my room. The staff waited for me to leave my room and changed my room key so when I tried to get back into my room I had to move. I would never book this hotel again. Just because of the lack of empathy of staff workers and lack of communication amongst managers and front desk.

While the hotel wasn’t bad, it seems like they are in need of more staff to help with the up keep of the building. Both front desk clerks that i dealt with were not very customer service focused or even friendly. It was nice that they had a pool but there were no towels for my kids to use after they got out. The overall feel is an understaffed and declining in quality.

They charge me 10 $ every day for parking. No room service we asking for cleaning up but no response. We are a family 5 person staying 5 nights . The hotel room service 1/10 . The only thing is perfect the break fast open buffet staff and food

Very nice property pool closed for maintenance until the end of December. My kids were very disappointed. Clean room with the exception of two stains on the room curtain.. love the daily happy hour and breakfast was amazing.
