A mall and metro access are within a five-minute drive. The hotel staff is friendly, and the facilities are in excellent condition. The fitness center provides ample options, and the equipment is in good working condition. The hotel is pet-friendly. Parking costs $15/day per vehicle.

One of the best hotel and suits in US very clean and suitable for family with kids . Very good customer service and good quality breakfast. Highly recommended

Area very nice, Cooking safe was clean and awesome. Our room had an issue with the AC and refrigerator and we have a baby, night guy FOUND us a room (reluctantly) and 1 hour before checkout, we received text from we assume was management asking "How could they help?", We ask for any discounts or accommodation or another night. Next time we come see family.... They wanted to send a tech. "To fix the AC", Which means they Didn't realize I was already in a different room.... So watch management, the rest of the staff are amazing.

I checked in with my kids. We went to pulled the pull out sofa and there were bed bugs. We had to leave at 2 am.

The hotel was convenient as far as shopping centers and eateries. However, on the day of checkout, my family and I woke up feeling itchy and found bug bites all over our bodies. The manager Han said that he will get a professional to examine the room and will update us.

We are a family of 6 who stayed here for 5 nights on our trip to DC. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was plentiful, and the location was very convenient for food, groceries, and access to DC. Overall I have no complaints.

We chose this hotel instead of another cheaper one we had first booked because we wanted to treat ourselves with the extras they were offering - re swimming pool, bar, car park. Once there, we found out that there is no swimming pool - apparently they have informed hotel.com of the changes many times but it still comes up on the website. The kids were extremely disappointed. Bar is from Tuesday to Saturday (unlucky-we were there on a Monday!), car park was $15 for 14 hours even though there is a big mall opposite so you could park there. We asked for a room for 4 people. 2 adults, 2 kids. There was a sofa bed for the kids which was fine, but we had to make the bed ourselves with the sheets provided in the cupboard had to call reception to find out!!! Never ever been asked to make the bed for my kids in a hotel (and I’ve been to many with them) so I wasn’t expecting to have to do it in a supposedly 3-star hotel! Last thing, there is a small kitchen in the room. With one spoon and 8 knives. No forks though!… The breakfast buffet was more than basic. The grass on the side terrace had not been cut in weeks - it was so high. So altogether a really disappointing experience. I wish we had stuck to our basic choice cos at least we would have had what we would have paid for!

One of the dining staff members was very rude to us (a family with little children) to the point that we had to beg for forks & knives because she wouldn’t let us have them at 9:03 am. Finally she pushed the entire container of forks in our hands because she was angry.

This hotel cares how your stay is by contacting you after checkin to see how everything is. My housekeeper with the yound child was really nice. Very attentive. I felt safe. Breakfast was very good. Didn't like hearing dog next to me barking for hours. Nice lady took luggage cart back for me. Very quick check in and VERY CLEAN hotel. Disliked paying to park not like there is security watching the vehicles. Just annoying. Loved the ceiling fan above my bed. Beautiful hotel.
