Hampton Inn Hillsville

Nice and clean, quiet property. Slept very well, wasn’t disturbed by any noise. The breakfast area was very nice and the food options were plentiful and delicious. My kids loved swimming in the pool for several hours which was a plus.

We've stayed here twice, as a pitstop on the way home from vacation. It's right off the freeway. It's pet friendly, which is why we initially chose it, but find it clean and comfortable. It's located next to a park, which is convenient if you're with kids (or pets), and they also have a grassy area next to the parking lot for pets. Close to fast food, as well as local restaurants.

We stopped at this hotel while traveling across the country and it was absolutely amazing. We didn’t get in until 3am and we had a newborn and a dog. We were so exhausted and the gentleman at the front desk was so nice and helpful even when I forgot to mention our dog again (I had called the hotel the day before but forgot upon check in to make sure everything was still good). The room was very clean and had a lot of extras like giant dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and moisturizers. The best part though: that breakfast. Holy crap I would drive the 6 hours back to this place just for the breakfast. They had EVERYTHING. From little cheese omelets to glazed lemon scones. Our travel was hell and what a relief it was to be here for a short time oasis.

Quick & easy check-in & parking. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. The Rio Grande Mexican restaurant was good family diner location.
