Two young ladies working the front desk when we checked in last night. They had a friend or relative and a boyfriend there. Boyfriend on the computer in the lobby. One of the girls working also had their toddler child with them. The child was screaming very loudly through the entire check in. Bad experience!

We had a wonderful stay during a long trip home. We were traveling with small children and they were very accommodating. Check in and out was simple. The property and room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Very convenient and we will definitely stay again. The only issue we had was the chlorine level in pool was such that it caused major eye irritation in both my kids. On the plus, it was clean - but we abandoned that fairly quickly.

We adored our stay here! We always stop somewhere in the area as our halfway hotel between PA and SC, and we’ve definitely found “the one” with this place! The staff was so friendly, room was clean and spacious, our kids adored the pool and hot tub, breakfast had a ton of options, and it just felt homey. I especially appreciated the little coffee bar area and the encouraging quotes written onto the bananas. Can’t recommend enough!

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub amenities. After 14 hours of driving, my kids needed to exercise and relax. Upon arrival, I asked where the pool was and looked and it wasn’t down for maintenance, IT WASN'T THERE! The whole room was gutted with new Sheetrock. No pool to use at all! I immediately asked for a refund and was told no! I paid $160 for a hotel with no pool or jacuzzi. There was no notification online at Expedia nor comfort suits homepage about the pool being non existent! I will be calling the BBB.

There was mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom of 3 of 4 rooms that we saw. Luckily we were there early enough to be moved multiple times before finding a mold free room. The room we stayed in was damp and AC did not work properly. The pool was very dirty and the pool water was so cloudy you could not see the bottom. While we were there a toddler pooped in the pool. The hotel staff was notified, but they did not shut down the pool and there appeared to be no effort to clean the pool. This hotel needs a major overhaul and based on what I saw there is a serious mold problem in the building.
