I traveled to Pulaski for a family funeral. It was my first time to the city. Jackson Park Inn was wonderful. Modern, attractive, CLEAN, and quaint. The rooms were even prettier and fancier than the pictures shown. I traveled with my sister so we chose a double. The bathroom had TWO vanities (one each side) 2 huge wardrobes, a desk, chairs, and mini fridge as well as a keurig. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor area was perfect with an amazing propane fire and rocking chairs. There was a huge restaurant area that offered a filling continental breakfast. Had we known, we'd have held the after funeral lunch there as it was perfect. Would stay there again. Consider it for parents weekends for Radford and VA Tech. Close enough and very, very accomodating.

We were unfortunately in town for a funeral, but the Jackson Park Inn was certainly a bright part to our trip. I booked a (double) suite for my husband and I and our 2 kids (ages 11 weeks & 16 months) and it was the perfect amount of room for all of the stuff that comes along with traveling with kids. It's practically 2 normal-sized hotel rooms in one. The bedding was premium and soft. The bathroom was a good size and nice. The free breakfast was what you would expect, but in a more organized and neat fashion here. The hotel was close to every place we needed to be at and the front desk staff was more than friendly and accommodating from the time we arrived to the time we left. Thank you so much for having us.

We enjoyed the space that the suite afforded our family of four. Staff was great ( even having to work on Christmas Day!!) One downside, as others have mentioned, is the noise. The trains (12 and 3:00 am are LOUD), also if there were others around near your room you are going to hear them.

We only stayed one night. The building and decor is beautiful. I love old buildings that are repurposed. The brick and beams hold true to the origins of the building. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There was a coffee bar with a sink in the room, along with a table for eating or playing games, etc. The bathroom could use some more towel hooks and shelves for placing your clothes while bathing. The sinks are in a separate area and the shower & toilet are in another room. Which is great, except there is no place in the shower room to put your clothes and, if I remember correctly, only one towel hook. We took advantage of their free breakfast in the morning. I've never been impressed with these breakfasts and I wasn't with this one. But it was as good as it gets and I'm thankful for it, as my kids were able to get plenty food in their stomachs before a long day of travel. It is right next to a railroad, so there is some noise from that.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jackson inn… The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the staff was helpful and courteous. We had our meal that evening in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious and the wait staff was on point. The continental breakfast in the morning made it completely unnecessary to find other accommodations prior to us getting back on the road to come home. I told my husband that we would consider this as possibly a vacation destination in the future. I travel back-and-forth to Ohio to see family regularly. And will make this probably our go to spot. Can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Very good breakfast buffet - real china! Maybe not Michelin-grade but a good value at this price point. Very nice fixtures and furnishings. Rehabbed old building so floors are thin and transmit noise, however the clientele were pretty quiet. Unfortunately unable to enjoy the restaurant, but did get to enjoy a train whistle every few hours as the tracks are just across the street. It didn't trouble me but you should know about it in advance. Would definitely stay again and recommend to my family.

The hotel is quaint and inviting. It was my second stay there. Unfortunately, there was a family with 3 high energy, jumping, running, screaming children in the suite directly above ours. We could hear Everything including a clearlyoverwhelmed, foul mouthed mother. The front desk connected the room after I complained but it didn’t help. Falling asleep with my AirPods in my ears was my only way to escape it.

Another wonderful stay! Love the rustic exposed brick of the Reno building, spacious suite, comfy bed. Pictures very accurate to hotel. In suite, bunch of storage if you are there for a week. Love having separate TVs from the kiddo. As of my stay the restaurant on site was closed and transitioning to a new place so you’ll have to get food elsewhere til they open. Gorgeous winter decorations inside, even lights at the park across the street. Safe area-police next door. You can walk over to shopping across the railroad tracks. There is a park with playground not far away where the train station is (if you or ur kid likes trains). Don’t miss Draper Overlook looking over the valley, gorgeous! So much to enjoy, nice small town, great lodging! We stay several times a year while traveling to TN.
