A $5.00 parking fee! Are you kidding me. Mostly empty parking lot. This certainly not NYC. Perhaps ot pays for the popcorn bonus at night. Breakfast bar cold! With a little effort it could be improved. Wont be back and we travel that way a couple times a year.

The cost was very good, the rooms clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. We picked this hotel in part because it had an indoor swimming pool for our grandkids. However the pool was not clean. Green in color and not heated. Could not swim in it. Our grandkids were very disappointed. This was the downside our stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely kind. We travelled with two kids and our small dog. The “pet friendly” room has no signs of prior pets. We didn’t use the pool or fitness room but both were available and looked inviting. Great list of local restaurants was provided as well as a lot of little extra (free snacks, good breakfast, doggy bags, etc). For those without pets, this is a great choice. You’ll never know pets are welcome. Overall a 5 star experience.

Great stay with family of 4! Clean, great dining options , very conveniently located off the highway!

The check-in staff was friendly. When we arrived at the room, only one key worked. One of the two beds in the room was dirty and the sheets had to be replaced. The woman from the front desk replaced them for us, but it took a long time for her to arrive to do so (she was alone at the front desk and it was a busy weekend). Then when we closed the bathroom door, it locked. I called the front desk again to have someone come and unlock it. She arrived much later to figure out the problem, then said she would return with a tool. Again, it took a long time. Eventually when she returned and got the door open, she determined it was an issue with the door and not that we had accidentally locked it when we closed it. Breakfast was okay. The kids were sad that the waffle maker was out of order. Check out process was easy, but less friendly.
