I booked this hotel for my family who were in town visiting. Both the hotel and the staff were excellent - not to mention it's less than 5 minutes to the mall.

This hotel is awesome! It was clean, in very good shape and had a Starbucks on site! It was right next door to short pump. The room was super quiet and unlike other nearby hotels there wasn’t a lot of screaming kids running around! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay there again.

I was sadly disappointed in this hotel. My baby girl was graduating from VCU. I had a long day ahead and needed a good night sleep. The hotel is beautiful but the rooms were out dated, dingy, and dirty. The sheets and comforters were stained. The detergent used on the sheets was so rough, it irritated our skin. The mattress was old, waking me up to an aching back. I felt uncomfortable walking on the carpet without shoes because of all the stains and dirt on the carpet. We paid over 300.00 a night for a reputable hotel and got low budget experience. We will be avoiding Hilton Hotels in all our future travels.

I loved the location of this hotel. It is placed in a great area for exploring and shopping. However, the hotel was just not meeting expectations. The bathroom had no sound barrier and there were hair accessories from someone else's stay. The windows didn't even crack open. I wouldn't recommened the hotel to my family and friends.

The price was higher than normal due to the events that was going on. It appears to have been a kids gathering and a formal event. This also made everything more difficult to use. But we was okay staying in our room and relaxing

We stayed this weekend with our 4 month old infant son and really felt welcome and all our needs and wants were met! It was great to have Shula's right downstairs!
