Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook

The staff excellent from the front desk to the bar very nice young ladies. The only issue I had there must have been children next door they made noise all night.

Dirty looking, couldn’t tell if it was but doesn’t really matter because it looked as though it was dirty. Definitely dated. Toilet the type that is in houses that gets clogged easily because of weak flow I guess- had to call maintenance within 30 minutes of being there because my 4-year old clogged it. AC in room didn’t work at all- a dealbreaker for our family. No carts for luggage when we arrived, nor when we packing up and checking out! We will BFFsggìo See posted called down to get the bedding to use the pull out couch and they just brought us up the sheets (no comforter or blanket) and didn’t make the bed! Didn’t even offer- I don’t understand why I was making a bed at a hotel! I definitely will never stay here again and will probably opt to never stay at any Hilton Garde Lu iï

Very nice environment and awesome staff. Will be staying here again. The kids loved the pool and spacious room.

Stayed here before great location for family visits and its a very nice and clean hotel

Checking in, service for evening before leaving for our event at The Place w/Nina was excellent!! Returned at 10:30pm. Sleep at 11:30pm From 11:30p to 5:00a.. yelling in halls, arguing, slamming doors, banging on doors up/down hall, trying doors, mid age-adults and young adults male/females. We informed the desk lady during check out and she only said “we had one event here, and it was older adults!” (Yes they were part of that well dressed group yelling and slamming) What does that have to do with it.. very rudeness attitude We live in area and have stayed here for the reunion before and referred to family/friend stay when visiting. But will Never again!!!!
