After booking and paying for a studio room with two beds and a pull out sofa they put my family in a one bed room with a pull out sofa. I told them what I had booked and paid for almost five months ago and they said they didnt have anymore two bed rooms. I was given a single room for myself and the rest of my family stayed in the room with they first gave me. Even though I wasnt charged for the extra room they gave me I was never explained how a room booked and paid for months ago wasnt given to me.

I purchased a two queen room off hotels.com for my family of four. When I arrive I am told I have a one king room! After going round and round with the front desk they finally gave me a sofa pullout. Better than the floor but not by much. Very unhappy with hotels.com!!

I reserved a studio room for 7 peoples as we are a family of 5. I did my check in on the Hilton app and choose my room. I indicated that we are arriving after 10pm. When we arrived with our 3 kids, after 12 hours of driving, we received a regular room and were told there was nothing that can be done as the room I rent was already occupied. Not happy with that…

The overall stay wasn’t so bad. The room was not cleaned like it should have been we need to always clean surfaces as if COVID exist. Otherwise we spread germs to others. The room above is and next to us had kids that stayed up all night so getting 3 hours of sleep each night was exhausting. I did not take advantage of free breakfast because of the uncleanliness of the room. Social distancing was not in effect and too many people coughing all over without coverings was too much

Literally drove 8 hours, had two rooms booked and paid for only to get there and have them tell us they overbooked and had no rooms available. 4 kids and 5 adults stranded with nowhere to go! Checked 60 other hotels along 95 and all sold out. Had to drive until 4am until we found another place to stay! Called the hotel main office and told they couldn't and wouldn't be doing anything as it wasn't their fault they over booked. Haha worst customer service!
