A great value for money experience as i was staying with my family. Breakfast was modest, rooms were clean and decent sized. Nothing to complain about.

The check in process took less than 5 minutes and the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. There was plenty of parking convenient to the entrance. Unfortunately, I can hear my neighbors t.v. and crying baby as if they were just in the bathroom. Also, the walkway to my room had multiple areas patched with cement, so didn’t make me feel particularly safe.

Checking in (and out ) was a breeze, found our room and settled in quickly. It was nice and quiet at night- Shower was amazing after a long , cold day in the rain on Saturday. Loved how close hotel is to GMU. Only glitch is the crazy exit from parking lot- but we manuevered it ok after a couple trips in and out. We will definately stay here again when visiting our child at GMU!

Not good for families. Reception area looks upgraded but the rooms are still old. Don’t get fooled by photos in Expedia.

Ours was a family visit so our hotel was just a place to sleep. Our room was nice and comfortable. I have to mention the sweet lady who serves breakfast every morning. She is so very attentive and takes care of us all. I am bad with names so I apologize for not calling her by name.

Property is well priced for the area. While the rest of the room was a little dated, the bathroom (toilet/shower area) had been redone and was really nice. This is a hotel where the rooms open to the outside (parking lot or poolside). Getting in and out of the parking lot can at times be a little tricky as it is a well trafficed area, but that also means it is convient to the area. Good selection of food for breakfast. We didn't use it but the pool is a nice size and would be great for families. Overall, good experience and value. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed a total of 3 nights. This is an older properly so you need to know that going in to temper your expectations. There are no elevators. Decore is dated. Beds were a big stiff. I liked them, my kids did not. Breakfast was the same every day, scrambled eggs, taters, sausage. Variety was limited. Area was safe, lots of restaurants and groceries close by.
