Everyone was friendly and professional. I would have liked a microwave in the room. There was a slight mix up with my restaurant bill, but it was corrected. I was in town to visit a sick family member, so having a place convenient to their location and the airport was very nice.

We were in town for a funeral, unfortunately. Had a 12 hour journey overnight from Canada. Arrived at check-in on a Friday afternoon with 2 small children under 8 years. Was refused water at front desk. Told we needed to pay for it. Referred to a nearby water dispenser. No cups. Asked for 2 extra bars of soap and small lotion, since family of 4 staying x2 days. Was given to us, but very reluctantly and had to explain ourselves. Embarrassing. Westin is a Hotel not Motel right? Although I’ve had better service there, so not sure what the issue was with the staff. Wouldn’t recommend this location. Front desk staff (2 men) horrible.

After 2 weeks of being out of the country and a long flight home, my family needed a nice and comfortable hotel with a luxurious feel and good customer service. Westin always delivers.

It was under construction and was notified when am in my flight that the hotel is under construction. I had no way to stay other than here as my landing from a 15 hour long international flight with an infant.
