Location AWESOME. Walk out at anytime of day AWESOME. Get into an adventure north or south ... not a problem. Wide variety of eating opps, plus a grocery store proper within maybe 4 blocks; brunch until 5pm on Sat & Sunday within blocks @ Quinn's, 24 hour service of hot food within said blocks @ 7-11 (which also accepts EBT ... heads that know, know) ... AND a relatively quite neighborhood. Staff is always on point with respect to operations, 24/7. They will IMMEDIATELY produce results. Building has a faux fireplace in the lobby with expansive couches in front of a fireplace that actually warms the area; kids can play on [numerous] options of gaming systems in said area as well while you enjoy [beverages] on hand ... just in case you didn't want to walk to the the 6am - Midnight service option that is only a [cig] away otherwise ...

They staff was incredible at this hotel. Very friendly and informative. The room was large and clean...PERFECT. Housekeeping was kind and did an excellent job. There are dining options in the area as well as a grocery store. My kids really enjoyed the video games availabke downstairs in the lobby. Great place to stay!

This hotel is very convenient and in a vibrant neighborhood. It is a short walk Metro station and restaurants. We had a one bedroom suite and it was very comfortable for our family of 5. The only negative thing that I can think of was the AC units were somewhat noisy when it run at night time. Overall, it was a good stay for us.

In town for 1 night for Wreathes Across America. The Staff was outstanding. They were very helpful with alternate directions, the bistro staff took special care to ensure food was warm when remaining family members arrived after 10pm. Morning bistro services opened extra early to accommodate the many travelers involved in the event. All around A+ rating!

Clean, would have been quiet except for all the motorcycles that were in town. Read the fine print - parking cost extra $11/day and the breakfast that was included only includes certain items on the menu. All items that were included with breakfast had eggs so if your allergic to eggs ask if they have an allergy free menu before you add it to your room!. If you want A-la-carte items don't buy the breakfast with your hotel room as you are only allowed one item and a drink, cheaper to just buy it off the menu. It is about three blocks to the metro so bring a stroller if you have small children.

I was extremely pleased with our stay at the Marriott Courtyard/Rosslyn.I was in Arlington to bury my husband at the National Cemetery and had booked 3 rooms for us and had about 6 other rooms used for family and friends.The staff was very pleasant, helpful and considerate. I would recommend it to anyone going to that area...
