Was there for two nights. It's in a great location, I w as in the basement and the windows were at street level, so a bit noisy. Also, no mini fridge, ice machine, had to go to the bar to get ice water. Free coffee in the AM was great, I ordered overnight oats for breakfast and they were out, the server offered me anything else on the menu regardless of price which was very nice. I was also able to park for $24/day one block away vs. $35 which I also appreciated. If you have a child at GW and want to stay close by, this is a great place. I would just recommend requesting a room on an upper floor.

Great location, especially if you have a kid who goes to George Washington University. Close enough to walk to all the tourist attractions. Room was small, but if you are visiting Washington DC, you aren't there to hang out in your room!

This was a beautiful property. If you like socializing, this hotel is for you. As other people have mentioned, the rooms are smaller than what you'd get at a massive hotel chain. Keep that in mind if you're a family! The staff were exceptionally helpful in every way and more than accommodating. The hotel is situated nicely in a nice spot of DC. If you don't mind a little bit of walking, you can practically walk to all of the big tourist sites on or near the National Mall. You can get to the Capitol building in about an hour by foot. Overall, this is a fantastic spot to stay.
